tire repair

i just got a punture on one of my tsl's and it right on a lug in the middle of the tire(not on sidewall) Ive tried to put plugs in, actually 5 are in it now and it still leaks a little, i have the slime in there no to hold off till i repair it. My question is, how big is to big of a hole to be proffesionally patched from the inside?

if the hole is too big you can put an inner tube into the tire:

i´ll do this with all my 35s maxxis mudzillas because i´ll drive them with very low pressure.

some years ago i repaired a 5 millimeter hole with such a thing:

it would depend on the tire place some wont patch a tire with slime in it but you should check with them

worst case you can take it to a tire shop like discount tire. If they say anything about the slime you can take it home and clean it out with water then take it back it aint no big deal.

Discount uses a plug patch

If these don't work you will probably need to replace or tube the tire.
