Ok I'm not beating a dead horse here I understand what tire sizes you can and can't fit on a stock suspension I just wanted some feed back I don't off road other than a little through the ditch crop scouting stuff. I have a stock 97 the wheels I got have a backspace of 3.70 inches and I heard Saharas have wider fender flares. My question is if I stick 31s under it what are some of the downsides if any I just don't want to buy a tire that forces me to lift it just to make them work
Thanks
No gearing issues. I have an 01 4 cyl and when I bought it there wasn't a lift and it had 31s. I put a 2" lift on just for height but 31s are no problem on stock, just a little rubbing on full lock turns.
No gearing issues at all. I went with Falken Wilpeak AT's. Great tire in and off road and can't beat the price or looks.
