Tire sizes

I am currently running 31x10.50x15 tires on my Sport and will have to replace them this summer because the rubber is almost gone.

My question is what 16" tire or even 17" tire would be comparable in height and width as the 31"s and is there any drawbacks to these sizes?
Will have to buy new rims to so what do I need to look at with these wheels and tires.

By the way I don't have any lift and very seldom go off road.

Thanks,
Tim

UUmmm....

A 31x10.5r16 or 31x10.5r17.

With no lift your best off not to go any larger than a 31'' tire.

Are you asking for the metric equivalent to a 31 in a 16 or 17'' wheel?

Sorry for the confusion, but yea, I want to know the equivalent tire size in a metric on a 16" or 17" wheel that would be 31" tall.
The reason I ask is I see the Rubicon wheels on craigslist that are 16" but didn't know what size in metric would equal the 31" tires I am now running.

Thanks,
Tim
