That looks like a alignment problem. The toe being off does not cause a vehicle to pull. It causes the steering wheel to be off center. It may not be the actual tow setting, it could be the toe out on turn. This happens automatically, it is part of the engineering of the vehicle. It causes the inside tire to turn more than the outside tire during a turn. Most alignment machines check this during the caster/ camber sweep when calibrating the alignment machine.
