Tj creaks?

So I have a yj... But my girlfriend drives a Tj 4 cylinder with a 4pm lift and 33" tires. Hard to say want the brand is on the lift and etc because she bought it that way, also has cold air intake..... Previous owner obviously re-gears it because she drives nicely with the 33"s

My question is... Every time from a stop she starts to move she creaks a lot and when u go over bump she creaks a lot.... What is this creaking and how do I fix it for her??
