Question Tj engine swap

DOES ANYONE KNOW IF A TRANSMISSION ADAPTER PLATE WILL BOLT A 350 TO A 4 CYLINDER TRANS. AND IF SO WHERE CAN I PURCHASE AN ADAPTER PLATE, THNKS FOR ANY HELP

Try novak or advance adaptors. Why you keep in the undersized tranny?

That weak transmission will just be a ticking time bomb with any motor besides the 4cyl.

not worth the money for adaptor go to junkyard get ax-15 or even something stronger

I'm not even sure if they sell an adapter for that, its just not worth it.


BTW TRY TO STAY AWAY FROM ALL CAPS, there's no reason to yell.

You should be bolting a 350 or 400 turbo to that instead. You'll eat up that 4cy tranny in a heart beat with the power & torque....

thanks for the response guys,i have the option to buy a whole blazer but not sure what mods are needed to install motor and trans. i need this thing up and running asap. any sugestions would be helpful, thanks in advance

What year is the blazer? Older or newer with computer and fuel injection???Is blazer 4WD and are you going with the stock T-case or the one from the blazer???Lots of those things depend on what it is going to take to swap!!!!
