TJ rear axles not centered per factory specs

Any thoughts, advice, snide remarks on these issues?

1. I was told by a rep at Rubicon Express that the rear axle of TJs are not centered; they are off by 3/4" to 1". (Factory specs) To me, it seems like the axle should be centered. The drive shaft does not appear to be misalligned. With the tb bracket installed, my rear axle is shifted 3/4" toward the passenger side. Would this contribute to vibrations?

2. I have a new JKS front track bar, new Pro Comp steering stabilizer and I feel like I'm drifting side to side when I drive at high speeds. Everything is tight or torqued to specs.

You know I brought this up a while back, JB said not to listen to the voices in my head and all would be OK. I have my front centered right now and have no ill effects. All 4WD vehicles have the diffs offset from the factory. I don't know why, but they do. Now the front may be centered and the back offset or they may be both offset from the center of the vehicle, I don't know.
I know the rear end needs to be offset from the output shaft at the Tcase to the rear diff for your ujoints to work properly. Saw it on Extreme 4x4
Sorry, I know this didn't help you.
