anyone with a speed healer have problem with theres? I installed mine on my 03 rubi about 2 weeks ago. ran it in the passenger side like instructions said, Thursday I drive it an hour away for graduation with no problems. Friday I drive an hour away to meet up with some buddies, drives fine there. As soon as i start it an get on the road maybe 30 feet away I thought I saw my speedo jump. I thought I might have been seeing things, so I forgot about it, it happens again down the road. driving her home on the highway doing 60 with the cruise set the speedo jumps to 65,60,63,67,62 back down to 60. so I tell me gf look at the speedo cuz I think I'm going crazy. Sure enough it does it again. It jumps for a bit then stops. Does it every so often, don't have time to get underneath and unplug the speed healer. Saturday way our jeeps charity car wash at hooters, it does it on the way to hooters. I park them an hour later go to get in my jeep to have the girls wash it, it cranks over but sounds like she's about to die for about 30-45 seconds. then comes back to life. On the way home Saturday I was doing 30-35 and the speedo shot up almost 100.

So I'm curious has anyone with a speed healer had any of these problems? I havnt taken her off road since the install, I'm going to unplug the speed healer before I leave work and see how she doesn't on the drive home. Maybe I got a bad one? I have done some research an havnt really come up with to much.

This sounds like a voltage (ground) problem to me. I think you should start a new thread in the Tech forum.

Here's my Rubicon. You can find the build thread over on ExPo rather than here, better place for an overland build. Got more to come this summer with a DPG ordered OME lift and other goodies

Done two major trips in it in its 2.5 years under my ownership. First was to Colorado to explore the Rio Grande headwaters and more recently this winter to Big Bend, both state and national parks. Also have done several smaller trips but are far more insignificant
