If you pull your top hinge bolts, that will give you the exact spacing for the holes when you use the nut plate on yours to find the centers. The thread and pitch is 5/16-18 if you want to re-use the factory fasteners.
Don't make the plate too wide because the holes are right above the rear tub crossmember. Without looking, I don't think you can be any wider than 1.5" with the holes centered top to bottom.
If I was doing it, I'd use a piece of 3/8" x 1.5" 6061 T6 rectangular bar stock.
Thinking further, I don't think anything that thick is needed. Someone can double check or I can later today, but I seem to recall a tub brace back there that picks up those two lower hinge holes in which case, nuts and washers will be more than adequate.
