What tools do you guys suggest I keep in my jeep at all times?
Like wrenches, sockets, 4-way, etc.

sockets, wrenches, hammers, prybars, screwdrivers, pliers, visegrips, channel locks... crescent, electrical tape, duct tape, wire strippers, extra 14-10g wire, allen set, metric and standard, torx set. needle nose, dikes, tire plug kit, tire gauge, jumper cables, flashlight, brakefluid, oil, PS fluid, hilift and a few odds and ends....

For the most part, if I am more than 5-10 miles from my house, all this goes with me... and then some.... you never know.... it could be for you or a fellow Jeeper

All fits in a mortar box for me

Depends how and where you drive it.
City driving with a soft top or top down a lot then don't carry anything, or minimal. Cheap 4-way screwdriver, pliers, adjustable wrench.

I just read an article about this very topic last week. It was full of good recommendations and sounds like something you ought to check out. I think it was in the new issue of 4Wheel & Offroad... but I can't find it on their web site.

Anyone else see it?

Here is my favorite tool set, use to care it my YJ when I hit the trails.

I got them as a wedding gift from my cousin 12 years ago. Only thing I broke was the socket extension (I twisted it off) and the knuckle. They have a lifetime warranty, I just lost the pieces over the years and never replaced them yet. I also lost the 9mm socket for some reason.

I don't carry any tools in either of the Jeeps daily. I can't stand the sound of tools and crap clanging around when I hit bumps.
When I go wheeling I pack a medium sized toolbox with just about everything I can think of bringing.

Since I work at an airport, and have to park in the parking garage, I usually don't carry much (if anything) in the way of tools. No sense tempting fate.

Anywhere else I usually carry a small army tool pouch with a decent assortment of combo wrenches, sockets, extensions, torx, etc.

NON wheeling I carry:

(1) 15mm wrench
(1) 15mm socket and ratchet

...covers everything

lol, well not everything, but those two tools and a spare serpentine belt can get me going if i break a belt...the only thing that will shut you down fast and is a easy road side fix.
