Thumbs up

It was nearly 70 here in Missouri this weekend!! I just got my TJ just over a month ago and couldnít wait to go topless!

Now I have to put it all back on because itís going to rain and get cold again

Either way it was freaking awesome!! I canít wait to wait to get it all back off again.

It's the ultimate MAN cave inside a CAVE. If I had not been installing my new bushcracker flares today I would have had the top and doors off. Around 60's and blue skies!

Its a HUGE underground facility here in Springfield. Its an old mine, limestone i think, that has been turned into a place that rents out space to companies. The company i work for keeps all production servers down there. Other companies such as Kraft use it for the cool underground temps to keep things cool.

Turned the Viking into a bikini and went doorless today! 69 and sunny! Going to rain rest of the week though.

Thats a cool place. I think I saw a special on this place or something like it on one of the discovery channels. Constant temp all year round if I remember correctly?

We have one right behind Auduban hospital here in Louisville that keeps all their salt for the city. They also keep expensive boats and expensive cars down there. One seriously smart place to keep massive server clusters to keep them cool.

Do you remember where you found your mirror mounts? I've been looking for a good set.

I had the doors off the other day when it was in the 60's here. It was nice. I love taking the doors off.

Nice jeep daanbc, I'm a fan of the 97-02 sahara's, looks good!

It was "auto zone" to be exact. But I did see it on the web for about $9 bucks more. The onlt thing I had to do was put in a solid piece of steel about 3" long. So when th button is pressed down, it will touch the plastic piece that unlocks the shifter. I actually used the pin that is used to secure a ball hitch to the mounting unit on the jeep. I just cut it down to size.

It's been in the low to mid 50's all week - top and doors have been off since Saturday here in Boston.

Here is what I was NOT expecting

I'm sitting there last night with my girlfriend discussing NOTHING and watching her repeatedly looking over my shoulder out the window of the pub we were at. I had the Rubi out front, and she noted how many looks the thing got. I turned for a few and got a good chuckle. What is it?

I mean I have owned some beautiful cars in my life, including a Shelby KR and I have to say nothing catches a look like the Rubicon just parked there. It was actually funny.

I would have never guessed - has anyone else noticed that? weird - but cool

Go to your local bike shop and ask for some cheap Emgo mirrors. They are not expensive and work great.
