Top Question

The zippers on my back windows are starting to get a bit worn... am I able to take the top off my jeep with the back windows still on? .. Any ideas how I can do that?

It's the zipper on the passenger side back window... it is intensely difficult to engage :|

Seriosly, take a crayon to match your top (black, tan etc) and rub the hell out of the zipper. If that doen't work they sell replacements.

Glycerin soap works great on zippers, plus washes out easier than wax once it gets dirty.

BUT yes, you can take the top off with the windows left in. I think it'd be a two person operation, and it won't fold up neatly, but if you want the top off completely, just disconnect the bows from the rollbar or bow plate, undo the windshield channel, loosen all the plastic retainer clips around the Jeep (plastic "wing" that tucks into door surrounds and body) and lift the top off.

Thanks man, yea that's what we did... but the problem is the fabric that holds the passenger side zipper on is worn... and gets hung up when you zip it.. and it literally takes me 20-30 minutes to get it on....and I'm sick of not being sunburned lol... really need to lose the cloth seats so i can just rhino line everything and have seats that won't get molded up
