The ones I've used the most would probably be, Better Rockers, Beefy steering or at least tie rod, Currie mini skids or flat steel welded to the lower control arm bracket, Engine Skid (I'd say oil pan skid, but that changed after seeing my buddy put a nice big hole in his bell housing . . . might as well cover it all up). I say armor it up, get a feel for what you like to do, then lift and tires accordingly. I've yet to hear a Jeeper complain about the armor they put on their Jeep, every bit I have has saved me more than its cost not to mention prevented some bummer days on the trail.

Oh yeah, beefy diff covers like a Riddler or a good guard like the WARN.

Are you refering to the 4lo locker bypass?

Very simple to do. In effect it lets you engage the lockers in any transfer case position. Instead of 4 low only.

Rubicon Locker Bypass

Originally I just jumped pins 1 and 4. But am now in the process of relocating the pumps and putting each locker on its own switch.

There are two power wires that come into the factory switch and one ground. Each power wire runs to its rspective pump. Well pull you dash apart and buy two switches. One power wire goes to one and the other power wire goes to the other switch. The ground wire is split between the two switches. This will allow you to run the front and rear when you please and in any t-case position. Search google for direct wiring digram. Real easy.

Better lockers because they will go its just a matter of time. Mine haven't yet, knock on wood.

1 Armor your evap canister and engine (oil pan and tranny) plus the pumpkins
2 Add auxiliary tranny cooler
3 Get a better rock slider
4 Recovery equipments(winch, straps, tire repair and first aid)
5 lift and tires

You can wheel Rubis straight out of the box but make sure you have somebody with you.But you must protect the evap canister for its unprotected. Some people relocate them but a skid has not failed me yet.
