Towing mileage with a stock Jeep Wrangler

Hi,
I'm incredibly new to this forum, and am happy to have found it. I am wondering about towing a pop up type tent-trailer to do some camping this summer where ever the road may take my dog and I. Particularly, I am wondering what sort of fuel economy to expect towing say a 1000 to 1500 lb trailer, going on average about 90 km an hour. Just wondering approx how much I will lose from towing and if air drag makes much of a difference, since the jeep already has more drag generally as it is. Hope this is a valid question I drive a 2000 stock (mostly...tires are just a bit bigger) standard 4.0L

Any thoughts are much appreciated

I'd like to know if anyone has experience too with this, we are taking a rather long trip with our camper in just two weeks. In case anyone was wondering 90km/hour is 55 mph

I tow a 5x8 utility trailer hunting every year with a 700lb four wheeler and enough supplies for a week. My mileage is between 13 and 14. I have a 04 rubicon with 4.0 no lift and 265 tires.

Welcome to the forum. We went camping a couple of weeks ago and my son towed my brother in laws electric golf cart on a utility trailer with my 00 TJ, 3 speed auto, 33s and 3.07 gears. Ran 55 mph, about 70 miles one way, got 14.2 mpg.
