no such track bar product exists from MOOG. no stock type track bar is adjustable.

are you sure you're asking about a track bar? or tie-rod? or drag-link?

I should have added that it is a aftermarket track bar for a 2 1/2in lift and yes it is the track bar

all aftermarket adjustable track bars hit the diff cover on 2.5" of lift, without at least 2" of bumpstop extensions. the reason the end is toast is probably because your bashing it into the diff cover.

read this thread:
tj front adjustable track bars for 0-3.5", does yours hit or fit? - JeepForum.com

what brand do you have? there are only a few that use 22mm tie-rod ends you could get from MOOG...and they all are too weak to be used on track bars. They'll all fatigue and break over time due to hitting the diff cover.

My suggestion is go back to the stock track bar.

Alternative...?

Front 1.0 - 3.5" Lift 2.5" Johnny Joint OE Rubber Bushing JKSOGS126 - Vehicles with Dana 44 front axle (or Dana 30 with aftermarket differential cover) and less than 3" of lift may require bump stop adjustment to prevent interference with differential cover.

PM me if you are interested in this one.

Namaste,

Allen

the JKS #126 requires 2-2.5" bumpstop extension to clear the tie-rod or diff cover....depending what generation you get.

tested at full bump.

needs 1-3/8" bumpstop extension to clear the tie-rod, and required hacking half the face off the "SOLI" diff cover.

and here's the old JKS #126 hitting a Riddler diff cover, requiring about ~3-3.5" of bumpstop extension, yea thats right...~1" less uptravel than stock.
