So, the purpose of such a thing is to go around scaring people and more than likely making them angry with you.
Or, as stated above, to blast it on the trails.

Yea... THAT's a real example of common courtesy and good sense.
sheesh... not cool, not cool at all.

For reasons of safety I can understand it, but just to make a nuisance and disrupt the peace... I hate to be the wet blanket here but I hope that if people are out there doing that, they get popped by local authorities.

I can only imagine MY reaction if someone was doing that on the trail I was riding on.
He might find that when he farts the next time, his horn goes off.

Just an FYI...there was a similar thread to this that was locked recently...and it's heading in that direction pretty quickly. I'm not a mod and could care less what direction this thread goes...just giving you folks a heads up. lol

Also, to whoever posted that Wolo Airhorn site...you rock! I'm totally getting one of their horns when I have a lil extra money. Loud enough that when someone is an idiot in front of me, they and everyone around us will know about it...but still legal (unlike train horns).

Ordered a PDF file online that has instructions on how to build train horns with PVC pipe parts. Only $4.00 and parts should cost $20 per horn. Hope to get a few knocked out soon. Hope to build a set to copy a Nathan K5LA horn.
