Trektop NX or sailcloth replace-a-top for New England?

Ok, so I need a new soft top for the summer. My old one has some zipper problems and it's time to replace. I have the hard top on now so I don't need winter use of the soft top.
Given the fast changing New England weather pattern, would I be happier with the new version Trektop or just get a sailcloth replace a top? Last summer I put up the top many morning due to cold 30 min ride and took it down at lunchtime and left it down for ride home. I usually threw on the soft doors too in the morning. I did not bother with the windows unless it was going to rain.
Is the Trektop going to be as easy or easier than the factory top to quickly put up and take down? I was liking the flip back top for partial open air but I really like no top on nice days. See Jeeps all the time in the summer with roof up and windows up and scratch my head-- what did you buy a Jeep for
Thanks!

Replace a top will be easier/faster to remove/install in a hurry, and carry with you for those times that you need it.

"Want to go topless? Remove the windows, loosen a couple of straps and fold the roof section rearward."

Well softopper doesn't use the factory door surounds for my LJ, and after much debate and fact finding I ordered the supertop NX. The main reason was I like to be able to take my top off and enjoy the sun and the trektop NX doesn't allow that. You will have to take it off completely and store at home or stuffed in the back.

New england weather is unpredictable.

I hope I made the right pick, that was a lot of cash I just dropped, $747.78, after taxes and shipping from 4wd.com.

Plus the video on YouTube that they published for it was a good help.

Road house: You know what, for $140 more than the Replace-a-Top, the new Supertop NX is a hell of a deal including all the OEM style hardware.
That's the route I am going to go. That gives me my old soft top with factory hardware to sell on Craigslist for a little bit of cash that should offset the extra to buy the Supertop NX vs. Replace-a-top.

Thanks!!!!!

Yea I was thinking about doing the same thing with my hardware also if it's as good of a top as Bestop claims I might sell my hard top too.

Also just to let know I had called 4wd.com today and they say the top should be out around the 25 of this month.

I ordered mine from jeeptopdepot. Wonder if I should have done it through 4wd instead?

Btw, I would not sell my hardtop. At the very least, it will extend the life of your soft top many more years if your only using it for the 4 months of decent weather we get around here rather than all 12.
