trouble getting on trektop nx

I decided to put my trektop nx on yesterday, let it sit for about 3 hours in the sun, struggled to put it on although i did get everything except I cant clamp the header bar thing. I let it sit all day in the sun today, just tried it again, no luck. It did look like it was a little bit closer but still nothing. Am I doing something wrong or do I just have to wait longer for it to stretch out more?

It shouldn't take that much time I the sun. Re-check everything Maybe remove the windows and try to stretch a bi more, it's a tight fit!

Try unhooking your rear corners. Then do them last? Worth a try,,

I found that hooking up the side windows starting at the rear and working forward worked best for me. The windshield clamps just snapped shut without a problem. It is a real tight fit.

thats the problem I cant get the header clips to go on after everything is installed. Theres a rubber sealing at the top of my windshield, would that affect it at all?
