I bought the safari doors and mirrors and was disappointed by the size of them - not to mention that the passenger mirror wouldn't fit because I have a volant snorkle installed. So. . . I bought the Bestop element doors with the saddlebags, upper door halves, and enclosure kit (basically a piece of steel to go over the tubular doors) and they're pretty good I guess. The doors can't lock, of course and the door pins just sit in the hinge halves so there's no nut holding the door on. This made me nervous so I have a cable secured from the door to the frame to keep someone from just walking off with them. The upper door halves are nice as I'm in Seattle and it may be 90 one day and raining the next. I'm kinda thinking, though, that I'll get factory half doors someday for summer and use my full doors in winter, with the hard top.
The Jeep Tubes are nicer than those e-bay ones, but I prefer a vertical bar at the hinges like my OR-FAB ones for the strength. They bolt to the hinges, don't just slip in, the latch mechanism works great, and they come with the pad/pocket standard. I had previously mounted my mirrors to the windshield so mirrors weren't an issue

This is my jeep. There are many like it but this one is mine. My jeep is my best friend. It is my life. I must master it as I must master my life. Without me, my jeep is useless. Without my jeep I am useless. I must drive my jeep true. I must be better than the mud, who is trying to defeat me. I must conquer it before it conquers me. Before God I swear this creed: my jeep and myself are masters of the mud, we are the saviors of my life. So be it, until there is no more mud. Amen.
