Just came across a set of tube fenders and was needing to know will 4 inch lift and tube fenders clear 35s or still need 1 inch body lift

What kind of tube fenders? Some, such as Metalcloak, don't require any lift. Others will need a certain amount to fit 35's.

4" and 35's will clear, it's just not optimum. Standard tube fenders will barely gain you anything, especially for the $$$$, but highlines give you boat loads of clearance (too much for 4" and 35s). Metalcloaks are a good design but I think they are kinda ugly, and for the price of Metalcloaks you can do a real highline and gain so much more.

You have something against a BL? They are pretty useful when it comes to building.

I have Poison Spyder tube fenders and only a 2" OME lift and I clear 35's easily.

35" tire and our fenders work great. Those MTR Kevlar tire are true to size. Plus we have all the clearance of a high line kit without all the body work.

Will I still be able to flex with 35s with the overlines? I will be looking to do this and then regear ASAP. I have an 02 X 4.0 with a stick. I drool everytime I see a set up like this!

Will the rear fenders have to be cut for 35s on a stock setup with over lines?

The stock suspension only has so much travel so that is not an issue. We do use the Mod cut in the rear to make it happen. It does trim a little out of the rear.
