I noticed that my glove box lock is starting to give out and if I replace it I wanna upgrade like always. I wanna know if anybody has one of these Tuffy glove boxes or a security box like it and thinks that it's worth the money and easy to install. Thanks

Glove box or center console? I know a guy with both & he seems to like them. I kinda dig the tuffy glove box myself. I hear the center consoles can be a PITA to install, but that's just what I've read. Personally I'd rather my stock console with the sub over the tuffy model.

Installed the glovebox on my 99 TJ and it took all of 10 minutes. Very easy to do. I also went with the under the drivers seat security box. Love it too. A little harder to install as the front bolts don't have much space to torque em down. With the right tool, it is a lot easier. Now looking at getting the center console lock box.

The Tuffy glove box is a nice thing to have, I had that plus the center console liner and rear underseat drawer in my previous TJ and wish I could afford to install more Tuffy products into my present TJ. The TUffy glove box capacity is a tad lower than the OE glove box but that just means you'll carry less junk around. :)

I have one and also the under-seat storage. Great products.
I didn't line the "fob" that they have in the glove box (makes it easier to open), so I just removed it.

I have the combination lock for the under-seat storage, so while at the beach, I can lock my keys in the Jeep.

My '99 had the center console and the over-head in it when I bought it, the center console I can see would have taken a little pushing, shoving and swearing to install but it is certainly secure, no one is going to get in it or get it out slowly. The overhead console I took out the day I bought it, I'm 6' tall and all I had to do was lean sideways a little to hit my head on it, that thing is a concussion in the making.

Tuffy products are well designed and well thought out, just as thick as they need to be without adding a few thousand pounds to your Jeep, and of course, very secure.
