Should be a sticker under your hood telling you exactly which plugs to use and there's many opinions on oil. I use Valvoline synthetic blend in 10W-30.

10W-30 as JeepnJim suggests is right on. Personally, I use non-Synthetic Valvoline in my engine, I'm a strong believer in non-synthetic engine oils except in extreme cold conditions where synthetics are admittedly a better choice.

I use mobile 1 synthetic, but I'm up in the mountains where its cold... As far as plugs go, a lot of people here recommend, and I use, Autolite APP985. If you do use those plugs make sure its the APP985, not the AP985, make sure it has 2 p's.
