two lift questions

I've been around here for a while, but I don't recall seeing these two things addressed.

1) I was on eBay and say that some company is hocking 3" spacer lifts and 3" front/2"back spacer - leveling kit. Are these safe or usable?

2) ORV lift kits. Haven't heard of them, example

Thanks for the opinions.

I think a body lift is safe, I have ran one on every vehicle

I don't like coil spacers I find them more dangerous than body lifts

I searched around ORV, the only thing i came up with is that Rugged Ridge makes them.

i think rugged ridge makes some decent stuff. I have got there headers before and they lasted almost 3 years with mud and water hitting them every weekend wheeling trip, before they cracked..
