two questions. wheels and snorkel

first, i have a 2003 wrangler rubicon with 245/75 16 tires on it, i was wheeling with a friend of mine and i want his black steel wheels with the back spacing, i was curious how WIDE my tires are and what kidna rims i might have as an option with back spacing, or would it be better just to get wheel spacers?

second, i wanna build my own snorkel anyone have plans for it? a schematic? or built one on thier own that would be willing to show me plans?

that is all. and yes i have car A.D.D. lol
