My cold air heater is toasty now!! Cleaned heater core. Not hard to do so I suggest it for anyone who is having the problem. Thanks everyone for the idea of doing it!

I didn't even touch the heater core I just unlogged it. I havnt had a coolant smell but when researching today I saw people taking apart the whole dash some just took apart passenger side. Mind you I'm in a 98 tj. To get working again I disconnected heater hoses scrapped up hoses around the house and ran one from coolant input to a bucket and connected a hose to the output to the clogged gunk would release I switched hoses and direction of water flow. I also used a air compressor both through input and output into a bucket. It can get messy so be careful suggest doing it somewhere where no animals or nice flowers Hahah. That was a quick overview if confused just let me know. I will put up the link I used for directions

Here is the base directions I used. I did not use CLR just because of time issues I did mine in about an hour ,hour in a half or so.
