Exclamation Upgrade

I'm slowly upgrading my 04' Wrangler Sport. I usually purchase something for it every 2 or 3 weeks. Recently, I added a grill guard. Came out pretty sharp.

Anywho, I think next I would like to go with a bug deflector along with a hood air vent scoop. Anyone have any of this stuff on their rig.

I think eventually by December, I will be adding a cool air intake to increase gas mileage and increase air efficiency.

Thanks,

Vin

my gfs dad's jeep..

the scoop doesnt really serve a purpose imo..

as far as the bug deflectors.. i wouldnt want them bc id end up replacing them all the time from offroading.. depends on the kind of wheeling you do

some of the trail armor guards tho arent that bad.. except its plastic held on with 3mm tape.. if your looking at a bud deflector.. look at one of these kits.. quadratec offers them

its not really a offroad club really.. just a bunch of chrysler guys who own jeeps.. theres like 12-15 members.. all with wranglers.. we are called the Rat Patrol.. they mainly just go to camp jeep at the end of the year.. i think next year we will have 10 members going..

there are a bunch of local jeep events that we go to too. we have 2-3 members in ft wayne.. a member in tennessee and mainly from kokomo, greentown, or russiaville.. (they are all based around like 3-4 chrysler plants and are very close to each other

there should be atleast 5 jeeps from the R.P. with us

Your going to have to get that thing dirty at some point!

If you really want to do a upgrade add a lift and get bigger tires if you dont already have them.

btw the bug deflector looks good imo buu its not really useful, it just directs the bugs up into the windshield instead of the hood
