Upgrading headlights!

I want to upgrade my headlights. If I add IPF H4 Round Headlamp Upgrade and IPF Fatboy II Super Clear H4 Bulb Pair Pack, do I need to upgrade to ARB H4 Headlight Sytem Wire Loom Upgrade? Is this upgrade worth the 200 bucks I would have to spend?

No, its made to where you don't NEED to upgrade, but some people still do and they say it makes a difference. I am going to be doing the same upgrade here soon.

I would suggest installing the harness, I have 100w bulbs in my TJ and use a harness. If not you may overheat the wiring to the headlight switch and have a big meltdown. Then you are talking about a rewire job. I have seen this happen on poorly built conversion commercial vehicles in the past.

Quadratech will do a price match, I got my harness for $85 and they matched the cheaper shipping. $99 total shipped. I'm using mine for a 2012 Unlimited. The only thing is I had to buy a H13 to H4 trucklight conversion adapter. I also went with the Hella E code lights.
