Upgrading to true HID headlights. Will these Bosch 7" Motorcycle Lamps work?

Upgrading to true HID and need sealed beam conversion lamps. I've had IPF, Cibie, and Hella before and heard that Bosch is just as good. Found a good price on Ebay for Bosch 7" Headlamps but they are meant for motorcycles. Would these work on my TJ? Any experts please chime in.

They will work just fine. Make sure you aim them properly when you install the HIDS

Crutchfields did have Hellas on clearance for $30 a pair. Do not know if available now but wouldn't hurt to check

Keep us posted, that will be a cool thing if it works out as it probably will. My wife's car has HIDs and I love those things. Every time I drive my TJ at night I wish it had HIDs.

Well since you are not getting projectors another choice is the Autopal housings, not very pricey and mine seem to be well made. I have the $25 a pair xrtavision bulbs in them and it a huge improvement over stock.

You can get a good set of hids for not much more than a pair of replacement halogens. And it blows them outta the water.
