At 4" you should have got 2 brackets to readjust the rear diff angle with the upper arms . My kit came with them but I went with rokman upper insted of the brackets .

If you want to adjust your pinion angle, you need adjustable uppers - preferably adjustable uppers and lowers. If you run lower control arms in the rear that are much longer than stock, the tires will hit the rear of the fenderwell and the diff cover will hit the gas tank.
