Exclamation Using a fuse space

I'd like to hard wire my Heated seats into my '06 Wrangler. I Don't have a subwoofer in it so would it be possible for me to put a 20A fuse behind the glovebox where the fuse block is, and then take teh wire from there to my heated seats? Would I need to do anything different?
