Vacuum Leak / Bad Idle

I noticed yesterday that when I switched the output to the dash vents that she started to idle rough, and when it was switched back to the floor outlet the idle improved . I suspect a vacuum hose leak or a leaky damper actuator. Anyone run into this before.
