Value of Factory complete axle?

Title says it all

I bought a complete front axle with the 4.56's I want for $200 and no longer need my factory front axle. I believe them to be 3.73's...What is the going rate for complete axles (Dana 30 I think) with 90k miles?

Found it on craigslist in El Paso. I live west of Abq but my bro goes to school in Las Cruces, NM and he drove down to El Paso and met the guy, paid him and they loaded up the axle in the back of his lincoln. We met over the weekend and I loaded it up in my lil trailor behind the jeep.

The gears don't have but 2000 miles on them and appear to be good. I am hoping/assuming that the backlash was set correctly...I guess only one way to find out.

Yup, not bad. I thought it was a great deal.

I had a guy offer me 100 for my old front axle but I would think it would be atleast 200 but I don't really know..

It's only worth what someone is willing to pay for it in the timeframe you wish to sell it!
