Exclamation Vendor JEEPSAREUS.COM

Does anybody know if Virginia at jeepsareus.com is ok or still in business? I had really good communication with her at one time, and now no return phone calls or emails. Just wondering if something happened...anybody know or heard anything?

They are still in business. I bought some parts from them recently. Their communication isn't the greatest and their shipping takes forever.

I gave them a second chance and placed another order...two weeks later no confirmation or anything. I called them and they forgot my order! Funny thing is they didn't forget to take my money from paypal...weird.

You have had good luck with them?

I used them last year when I ordered soft top mounting hardware for my hardtop only Jeep. It took about a week to get the brackets I ordered. They were the only place I could find the hardware I needed at the time, and the website was easy to navigate. I would use them again.

It sounds like a last resort place to order things. I will definitely stay away. Service businesses should understand it is about service.

I ordered a cruise control module for my unlimited about 3 AM last night, and they emailed me a tracking number just a few hours later, at about 8 am.
If that's not speedy service I dunno what is.

I have never heard of them ripping anybody off, but communication issues seem to be a common concern among some customers. Many people are apprehensive about doing business over the internet and with somebody they never met. For those of you (me included) that do a lot of internet purchasing, we are now accustomed to excellent communication from most online vendors. If a vendor doesn't realize the need for prompt communication and speedy service regarding all customer service issues, people tend to panic and fear they will be forgotten about, and that doesn't make for happy customers.

I ordered stuff from a company we deal with a lot for work (non-business account) at 4pm one day and it was on my front porch at 8am the following morning...I think that beats your speedy service

...and I selected UPS Ground shipping, not overnight.

After forgetting my order (but not my money) I kept calling and leaving messages...no call back. Finally got someone on the phone that stated they had no record of my order. I asked to speak to a supervisor and got Virginia on the phone...apparently my order was on her desk. They claimed backorder and I'm still waiting for my part with no updated info from Jeepsareus.
