wabble at 60mph

so i get a wobble at 60mph and no were else. new front u joints and steering stabilizer. ball joints are good. I am suspecting its the tires since they have uneven wear due to the po not rotating the tires or should i get them balanced?

Speed sensitive shimmies/wobbles are nearly always tire related.
