want to modify my tube bumper

hi,

yesterday i played a bit with photoshop because i wanted to see how my TJ would look when the winch is installed.
then i thought that my tube bumper could be modified a bit.

please tell me what do you think about my plans...!

some hours ago i talked to a guy from the german governments "car control organisation". he said that #3 isn´t allowed because people can be injured from the sharp edges.
that´s why i´ll have to choose #2...

Damn dude ya'll have some stupid ass rules there. If you hit someone the sharp edge is gonna be the least of there worries.

if #3 isnt allowed, then i wouldnt mess with it. I have them same bumper with the winch and i think it looks good. germany is pretty stricted. If i drove my car in germany, ide probly get pulled over for everything!!!
