To answer your question. No, unless you are plugged in and hitting the switch you are not pulling any power.

I have 3 HUGE trailors and 3 very small drive ways ...its ALOT easier to manouver them when there in front of you and you can see

im having problems with my compuer uploading the pics...my dads comming to visit me tomarrow so hopefully he can get it to work

What model Warn winch is that? I'm looking right now, but I'm not knowledgeable in that area. It looks exactly like the one I want.

it was easy the wires were the exact length to run to the battery
