I agree its all ways best to lock up but with half doors you don't have to be a expert to cut the window and reach in and unlock, what i've done is lock nuts and I lock it,yes I know they still can get them but that'll make it a little harder

Where might I find those security nuts by the way?

And the truck tailgate theft has been a problem for years. We ended up just putting a locking bed cover on that extends over the tailgate. If you manage to unlock the tailgate, you gotta unlock the bed cover before you can open it still. By that time my alarm will catch you and your biggest worry will be if you are fast enough to outrun my rifle.

Let them try that crap when I'm in Texas. I'll shoot em for taking my stuff (kneecaps), then cut their hands off for an example to all would be thieves that might try the same thing.

I exaggerate though. But in Texas it is legal to shoot in defense of property (much like it should be everywhere), and I will shoot.

If they did that crap in the middle east though, they would be missing at least one hand. I may not agree with muslim religion and allah and all of that, but I do agree that somebody's hand should get cut off for theft. They will only get caught doing it one more time, tops.

Really like the idea of a hinge lock, but you know it not right to have to worry about a car door,or tailgate but that's where we're at, the main reason I love my jeep so much it opens up the world and the feel of freedom, but I that guess i'll have to put locks on my locks

Unfortunately i'm stuck in Virginia now so I have to obey obey the laws that favor the thief.

It has to be in defense of you or your family, and you better make sure they fall inside your house if you shoot.

And don't even think of shooting to incapacitate. If they can tell their side of the story their lawyer can build a case against you because they broke into your house. I hate Virginia.

I live in South Carolina so its a do what you have to state, don't take me wrong we have laws but there for the good guys not the a$$holes. But the problem is they stay up for days on them drugs(I have to sleep) they run around all day every day(I have to work) so sooner or later they'll have a chance!

lol, yeah so far nobody has messed with my stuff. Hopefully the security cameras are enough of a deterrent. Good luck getting to the DVR if they want to avoid the police coming for them. There is an alarm system and a few locks to go through to get to it.
