Water Leaks

I've got a 2005 Wrangler and when it rains water runs in on the floorboard on the passenger side. I'm sure this has been covered before in the forum, but please help me out! It would be much appreciated! This forum is awesome!

I went out to my 'new to me' TJ this morning and found the same thing. At least the rest of the interior was dry!

Run a length of wire straight down in the center of the cowl vent in front of the windshield. The drain line is plugged up. It fills with water, overflows and you get the wet spot on the passenger side floorboard.

If that doesn't work, try taking a hose and spraying areas on your door and see if it leaks through anywhere there. But I'd try the cowl thing first

I sealed up mine around the intake ducts, hardtop, ac drain and hc gaskets, etc and it still leaked, so I took a hose to it and it's coming in through the door seals. I'm still not decided if I want to spend as much as they want for Mopar seals though, and reading some of the threads on aftemarket ones don't make me want to spend any either, lol...

I have the same exact problem recently while its been raining. I thought it was my soft top but I was doubting it as I couldnt find any water resedue from water drying out on any of the plastic. Tomarrow Morning ill try to run a wire down and see what happens!
