Water leaks

Ok im new to the whole jeep thing just got mine about 2 weeks ago its a 2000 sahara with a lift on it and had a hard top put on it by the previouse owner but it leaks in a few places but i can only find one at the rear window and rear door. Where else do these sometimes leak and how can i fix it.

check your seals. If they are bad you can get a new set and it should fit right up. Unless the top was for the wrong year jeep and he rigged it to fit. Then your gonna have to rig it more...

well everything lines up just fine so ill check the seals im sure thats what it is where can i get a kit to change all the seals including the one for the real window and at the bottom of each corner of the rear window on the body of the car there are two wholes on each side that or not filled and i saw a jeep today that had this plastic like piece that was covering them. Its where the bottom rear window seal comes to the body of the jeep.

I haven't driven my soft top in about 4 days. I got in this morning and the driver's side was filled with about 2 inches of water. That was fun.
