Weird A/C issue

I'm having an odd A/C issue. With the A/C on cold, full blast with it on the front vents it will randomly switch to the defroster vents, still blowing full force with cold air. Then after awhile it will switch back to my front vents. What would cause this?

Sounds like you have a vacuum leak,
Possibly at the connection to the vacuum reservoir (#8) located
under the passenger front fender.

Oh so that's what that line is. I noticed it was disconnected near that T connector. Thanks!
