Weird noises after going on a trail

So hit a good trail today. It was a little more crazy then I intended on going on alls I have is a 2"BB and 31's. I made it though with just a few bumps and bruises to the jeep. Now I get alot of creaking noises in the front and rear when stopping or going basically when the body shifts around. Is this normal? or did something get the suspension get banged up? I couldn't see anything but a few dents in the trans skid and gas skid.

Thanks in advance!

Yes. I don't know if it just needs to settle or something?

I would check the torque on the body mount bolts. I had a loose one and it clunked.

Torque specs can be found here : http://www.jeepforum.com/forum/f9/tj...-specs-474605/

Looks like some are 35 and some are 50

You could have taken out the transmission mounts that are on the skid plate. Depends on how hard you hit it.
