Westin Trailblazer Bumper

Does anyone have any experience with a Westin bumper for their Jeep? I found this one for good deal, and I think it looks pretty awesome.

Does anyone have one installed? Was it a direct bolt on? Did/ does it last?

I don't want something too heavy, and this is 66lbs. I believe the stock bumper is 40lbs, so it's only about 25lbs heavier.

I was also looking at some Stinger bumpers. Does anyone want to suggest a stinger that is around the $250.00 mark?

I am also looking at the Smittybilt Stinger bumper. Does anyone have any experience with that one?

The westin is coming out of the same factory as the Smittybuilt SRC, Quadratec QRC, E autogrilles front bumper, and likely a couple others. I'd just go with the E auto grilles one since they tend to be cheaper (provided you're fixed on getting this one)

Thanks.

Im torn between this one (mainly the style, not the brand), and the Smittybilt Stinger. I'll take some more time and think about it.

Are they both just a bolt on bumper, or will I need to weld anything on?

The Westin is bolt on, just put one on my jeep last month. I like it, solid with a great finish on it.

It looks like I'm going the Smittybilt stinger route. It's $50 more, but it's lighter, and in my own opinion it looks better. I'll order it on Payday, and put some pictures up when it's installed!

My Son and I just installed the Smittybilt Stinger on his TJ.He loves it.The only problem we had was the winch plate didn't fit.We just cut it down a bit and repainted it.Mounted his KC's on each side and added windshield mounted KC's and a poison spyder hood louver. The front looks really nice now.

I think you'll be really happy with the Smittybilt SRC Stinger Front Bumper. It's 3/16" steel and DOM tubing so you know it'll be plenty strong and hold up to whatever you throw at it. Check out that link for some customer submitted photos and reviews.

PM for a quote and I'll get you the best possible price on that bumper. Our free shipping comes in handy on these things as well, being that they are so big and heavy!
