What are some good BBL's?

Like most of us here, I'd like my wrangler to be lifted to the clouds and sitting on bulldozer tires. However, being a forum member has made me aware of the headaches and frustration involved in lifting a TJ. I've been thinking long and hard about it, and I think I want to start off with a budget boost. A 2-3" lift with 31 or 32" tires is looking good for me and my daily driver.

Anyone recommend any kits? I've been looking at Rubicon express and Skyjacker 2" lift kits. Also, I was wondering what kind of parts would be needed in the kit. For 2", you don't need a transfer case dropping kit, right? Shocks or no shocks? Bump stops or not? Spacers vs. springs?
