What bumpers do you perfer???

Looking to get an aftermarket one soon, it will be for looks at first because this jeep will be my DD until i find another car in a couple of years, i had a Benz E320 that is starting to crap out on me so i am trying to get rid of it soon but i wont get that much for it but i like the looks of the four real steel bumpers not too pricey look good and looks like they would serve a good peupose off road as well, i dont like the mud too much unless i am in my blazer but i like the rocks when it comes to jeeps!!! I dont an tto spend over $700 for an ARB as well, and hanson is looking pricey as well, and i dont have the time to make my own, so what do yall have on your rigs??? Post up some pics..... and here is a time to show off your rig as well!!!

I'm partial to the Rugged Ridge - SRC bumpers. Not too pricey, very functional and they look awesome.

I went with the bestop highrock bumpers. pretty heavy duty, nice finish, and you can customize them to an extent with the roller and stainless or black grill tube. The rear has a slide out storage net that you can add that I'll probably get for my junk in the future.

If you like Ripbiker's above ^^, it is pretty similar to my Tomken, which you CAN buy! They make all their stuff pretty heavy duty, and most any configuration you want, and pretty decent price wise too!

This picture isn't mine, but it's the same bumper I have, and it's been great so far!

I've got the FabTech bumper upfront and the RockHard4x4 tire/carrier combo in the rear and both are pretty stout.

I modded my stocker for a custom look. Not as heavy duty as a custom, but works great until I can afford an SRC set.......

For TJ bumpers it just doesn't get any better than a Hanson.

but if you don't to drop some serious coin on a bumper just whack it all off and go custom.

The bottom of my "bumper" is 6" higher over the stock frame.

I love the ORFab bumper, but the rear (more important to me so I can get my spare off the gate) doesn't hold a spare, that mounts to your hinges instead. I'm gonna give my vote (this year anyway) to the SRC line.
That's the ORFAB front, and I still love how simple and utilitarian it looks. I might buy that for the front and the SRC for the rear with tire carrier and just finish them both the same way.

My bumper cost $35 to make. But a lot of time went into it as well. Short bumpers are great because they wont get hung up on things as easily. I used 1/4in plate too, so it's really strong.

I prefer the look of the stainless 3 inch double tube with hoop. Thats what I have on mine. I was able to get the front, rear, and nerfs off of Ebay for $600. They're cheap and they look awesome!

Cool thedirtworx

try Blank (the dirt worx)
robert built this one for me $355 very heavy duty
I am pleased with it. I just need a winch to go on it now.

also I included a pic of a factory fail at 3mph, I slid in the ice into another bumper on my dads ford van. It didnt even scratch his bumper but its an old ford van. But it crumpled the jeep bumper good.

Bumper

I like my SKID ROW bumpers I have them front and rear. I like the storage area in the rear bumper to put items like dirty straps, shackles and snatch block until I can clean them up and put them back inside the Jeep.
