What comes with OME 2 inch suspension kit (2014 jku) ?

Hey guys,

I've read great reviews about the Old Man Emu 2 inch lift for the JKU but I can't find anywhere that actually tells you what comes with it. I'm looking to raise my 2014 JKU Sport 2 inches and I want the OME set up but I'm not sure what the kit comes with and if I need to buy anything else with it. As of right now, the only additional weight that I will have on the vehicle is the hard top. Otherwise no after market bumpers for at least a year. So all in all, what parts come with the OME 2 inch suspension lift kit for the 2014 JKU and should I get the Heavy or Light.

Thanks !

PS: This is an everyday rider with offroading on the weekends.
