What do I have?

I need help figuring out what I have. I Just bought my Jeep (one week ago). I was looking for specific things when I bought (clean frame, 4.0, etc.). The problem is that I think I need to replace my transmission mount and/or ujoints due to a clunk sound when shifting between 1,2 and 3rd gear. The jeep has a lift on it so I don't think it is the stock mount. If it is the stock one...no problem however, if it is not I don't know where to start looking for the right one.

I was also hoping I could get some help figuring out what else I have (type of lift, components, etc.) that were added which I may need to know about later. I can take more pics if needed. These are just random because I didn't know where to start.

This is the pressing issue...would this pan take a stock mount?

Front diff...

Front shock...

Back of front axle...

Rear axle...

Rear arms?...

Can obviously see a Skyjacker shock. Transfer case has been lowered to facilitate some type of lift. Yes, that is the stock skid plate, it is just lowered. The oem trans mount will still work fine. Need better pictures of the control arms to tell what those are. It may be a Skyjacker lift all the way around.
