do you think a safe T cap could cure this or is it too far gone? this is my first jeep and unfortunately, its rotting out just right there (drivers rear lower control arm) the rest of the frame is alright just this spot. i really love my jeep and really dont want to part with it everything else works just fine. so what do you guys think?

Hard to tell for the mud. Clean it up where you can see the situation better. Check for cancer in the surrounding area. If its not bad you can cap it, but I would cut the rust out first Blow the tube dry inside and out with comp air and paint the hell out of the inside with rust inhibitor. Once its dry cap and welds solid using a kobelco dual shield 71m wire. Its mo Opinon anyway.

That was Purdy as hell right there!!!!

Uh.... dad... Uncle Jessie is crazy! Sooo cool though!
