Should have come with:
Heated seats
Heated Mirrors
Drop down tailgate (should come from factory with bumper and tire carrier)
Insulated hard top

I am sort of restoring some of these things - especially the tailgate and bumper situation. Adding insulation to my hardtop. When ready I will replace my seats with another set - but get seat heaters added.

I've asked on here a bunch everyone so far says not to get them because of the quality issues. Every time I see them in a catalog I still want to buy them.
I have them and they're purple now really faded. I like them though, might try painting them with krylon see if it works, instead of buying new ones!!

YES! I hate when your wheeling and your water/snacks in that console/cup holder get so hot...

I like this idea.
But you know that some fool would come along, and open the tail gate, without removing the spare tire 1st. (That'll leave a mark.)

Maybe somebody already makes it but i want that JK style modular hard top too. It would be nice to run a hard top so it's a little less noisy. But be able to pop the front pieces out, so you can get a little sun and fresh air without taking the whole top off and finding a spot to store it.

Or the other extreme. Maybe a soft top that has a zip out overhead window to use for a sunroof. Have it zip around the front and sides, and fold back and under and pin to the underside of the top. And maybe a panel so you could slide something in underneath that window for a sunshade.

How about a soft top system where you have the soft top on, with the Bikini top installed underneath it. That way, if you want to drop the soft top, the Bikini top is already there. And if you are running just the Bikini top, and decide to put up the soft top, you don't have to remove the Bikini top 1st.
I realize that both attach, using the same bracket in front.
But it would cool if it would work.

Better frames that drain. Better skid plate mounting. Split windshield for a turret.
Ball height nozzle for those really hot days that mists you with cold water.
Toilet seat that attaches to the hitch.

I just wish they would make at least adapters to fit after market JK parts onto the TJs. I love the bumpers and light bars and what not for JKs but none of them fit.

I am still learning about Jeeps.
Are both of these tops that y'all mentioned installed with a Bikini top installed underneath at the same time? If so, does either share the windshield channel at the same time as the Bikini top?
I just figured that if they were, you'd have to have a second windshield channel.

Here's one company that makes them. 2 Piece TJ Hardtop - Hardtop Depot they are almost 2 grand though which is too much for me. But they are not exactly like the JK hardtops. I always wanted one though.

A soft top with a clear plastic sun roof. Like the same plastic used for the tinted side windows.

That's kind of what i was thinking. Except the window part would be the clear style, but form a pocket of sorts that you could slide a panel of tinted plastic in and out of. You could also build a second pocket into the back part of the soft top for storing the tinted window piece when the top is up.

Full sun when you want it, tinted window when it's just too dang bright and hot out.
