What froze or broke today...

Today was my first time with this Jeep/setup in the snow. Wasnt a major snow storm, just about 2 inches. I left for work at 515am, mostly just snow at this point. I made it to work fine with out the use of 4wd. When I got to work I had to do some creative parking since my lot was being plowed. I slipped into 4hi and parked. I left it in 4hi during my 9 hour shift (I didnt intend to but I forgot). When I came out, I started the jeep let it warm up while I tried like hell to get the sheet of us that in cased the entire drivers side(it sleeted/freezing rained all day, mainly blowing right onto my drivers side). Hoped in, started to drive away still not realizing Im in 4hi(my indicator light hasnt worked since I bought the Jeep). I immediately noticed the Jeep was pulling hard to the drivers side. I got out to take a look at some stuff trying to figure it out. I found nothing and hopped back in, noticed that I was in 4wd and put it back in 2. No more pulling...pulled over into a parking lot and realized its only in 4wd that this happens. I drove the rest of the home in 2wd and no trouble. I cant get the ice off of everything nor warm it up enough to "thaw it out:

What should I check that could make it pull hard to the left only in 4wd?

Jeeps in my sig, no accidents, slides, curbs bumps or anything on the way to work or home.
