Go to a dealer with your VIN, and have them print you a build sheet, or go to Jeep.com, and you can do it on there. It will tell you everything your jeep had when it left the factory.

I will tell you how to figure it out if you promise to pay attention this time.

The gear "ratio" is the difference between how many rotations the ring gear makes compared to the pinion gear.

You can jack up the front end of your jeep and rotate the tire one full rotation. Count the numbers of turns the pinion makes and that is your gear ratio. You can also count the number of teeth on the ring gear and divide by the number of teeth on the pinion gear but it is pretty hard to count teeth on the Dana 30 pinion.

and since you don't ever listen to me I decided to take pictures since I happen to have a ring and pinion sitting here by my desk.

The ring gear has 41 teeth.

The pinion gear has 8 teeth

[41/8] = 5.125

or 5.13 gears.
